Applicants for the role requires :
5 years Salesforce
2 years+ Salesforce service cloud lightning (not classic)
Apex, Visualforce
Configuration, security, email integration, process builder, flows, objects etc
Communities
Omni-channel setup and IVR integration
Global org management
CI/CD
The role involves building Lightning components, integration using REST and SOAP, design, solutioning, testing, code reviews and requirements gathering. Plus you will also work in service cloud, provide configuration, automation and customization, set up communities, set up and IVR integration.
Rate – $70-80 per hour
