A really interesting contract opportunity that you won’t find in the Salesforce ecosystem anywhere else! Our client is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Architect within Utilities to work in the USA – this will be a 6 months+ initial contract that is expected to extend and requires utility experience! This is a remote role working with a PST based client.. Utilities experience is a must!!
Skills required :
Salesforce – 5 years+
2 years+ FSL experience and 2 or more FSL implementations
Field Service Lightning certified ideally / Service Cloud certification
Utilities – transmission and distribution, customer information system, asset, vegetation management, field service management systems. Vegetation Management – ESSENTIAL.
Any ECBA or CCBA certs desirable
The role involves designing FSL solutions, requirements gathering, user stories, using JIRA, design, solutioning, translating business requirements, leadership and be the go to expert on FSL.
Immediate start available plus long term contract!
Rate – $90-100 per hour
