Our client is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Support Engineer with Utilities and Vegetation Management to work in the USA – this will be a 6 months+ initial contract that is expected to extend! This is a remote role working with a PST based client..
Skills required :
Salesforce – 3 years+ – ESSENTIAL
2 years+ FSL experience and 2 or more FSL implementations
Field Service Lightning certified ideally / Service Cloud certification
Utilities – transmission and distribution, customer information system, asset, vegetation management, field service management systems. Vegetation Management – ESSENTIAL.

Flows, SOQL, Apex, Salesforce Mobile configuration, Sandboxes, deployments, support
The role involves FSL support solutions, production support, configuration, work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatch, field service mobile app, user access, permissions, data visability, root cause analysis, support workflows, hazard tree and vegetation findings, trimming and removal completion, mobile and field user support.
Rate – $80-85 per hour
