This leading organisation has an immediate requirement for a permanent Salesforce / Software Support representative to be based out of New York.
Applicants will work within the financial sector and deal with all post implementation requests.
You MUST have 3 years+ providing a support service for a Salesforce or software product
An understanding of business software functionality
Ideally Financial service experience
Be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Possess excellent communication skills
The role will involve dashboard creation, working closely with the customer whilst also developing close knit relationships internally, customer analysis and high level case management.
Salary – 60-70000 USD + Bens
