This leading player in the ecosystem has an immediate requirement for a Salesforce Solution Architect on a contract, C2H or permanent basis. This is a remote role with up to 25% travel max once COVID has cleared or you can be based in Santa Clara or Arizona. Our client is also looking to hire a FSL Salesforce Business Analyst too.

Job Details:

Applicants require :

5 years+ customer facing experience
Salesforce solution architecture
Service Cloud
Field Service Lightning
ServiceMax to FSL migration is nice to have
Salesforce Service Cloud certified / FSL certified
Apex
CSM certification nice to have but not essential
Agile, JIRA

The role involves understanding customer needs, implementation, solution architecture and documenting needs. You will also get involved in scoping, process flows, user stories, supporting QA, configuration, creating roadmaps, training and leading projects.
