Our client is seeking a Salesforce Training and Competency Manager that would be a permanent role based working from home. YOU MUST HAVE Salesforce training experience to apply – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS.
You should have the following skills :
Salesforce certifications ideal
3 years+ Salesforce technical training experience
Previous experience working with onsite/offshore teams – experience managing global programs is key
3 years+ management experience
The role itself involves training, planning, delivery, onboarding, mentoring and project delivery. You will train curriculum development, competency planning, deliver new courses, develop new programs, work closely with the practice, build skills capacity, performance management, hiring and manage learning and development plans.
Salary – $70-110k + Bonus + 401k plan
