This leading organisation has an urgent requirement for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to be based out of Minneapolis or Plano, Texas! This is a permanent role that has an immediate start date. If you are not based in either of these locations then you must be able to travel there up to 70% of the time.
Applicants require the following skills to apply :
5 years+ as a Business Analyst
5 years+ creating user stories, use cases, data models etc
3+ years in Salesforce
In-depth Salesforce configuration skills
Have worked on large and complex integration projects
Manufacturing or order management systems experience ideal
Sales cloud, service cloud ideal not not essential
Degree
Excellent communication skills
The role will involve a variety of Salesforce implementation projects, providing support and analysis within a sales cloud and service cloud environment.
You’re role is to understand functional and technical requirements, working with the Project Management team, analysis and documentation, process improvement, testing and QA, system deployment, data migration and planning.
Salary – $100-120k + Bonus + Benefits (Salary negotiable depending on experience)
