This leading organisation requires an extremely customer focused Customer Success Manager / Implementation Consultant to be based out of New York. You MUST have financial services experience to apply.
Applicants will manage some of the businesses leading key accounts whilst helping to support, train and onboard staff. You will also work with the client to understand their needs and offer effective solutions to the customer.
Applicants require :
1-3 years experience on implementation.
Salesforce implementation experience a bonus
Onboarding, support or business analysis skills
Customer facing expertise
Excellent analytical skills
Only want to see Financial services experience – MUST have a background from companies such as Intralinks, Donnelly, Merrill, Ipreo, Dynamo software, Dealcloud, Backstop, Altvia etc. Looking for candidates that have worked in companies that sell B2B / SAAS solutions to the Financial services industry.
Salary – 60-80000 USD + Benefits
The role itself involves implementation and post implementation, support, requirements gathering, presentations, project planning and tailoring the business to support the customers needs.
This role is not about being super technical or being a salesman it’s about providing consultative advice to your customers so they use the business again working in a fashion that isn’t always formal or structured but making the client happy is key!!
