Our client is a leading Salesforce organisation who now has an immediate need for a 3 month initial contract for a Field Service Lightning, Sales and Service Technical Lead. You will be based out of Michigan, USA in a contract where further extensions are likely although remote work is also a possibility.
Applicants require :
Excellent Field Service Lightning experience
Sales/service cloud implementations
FSL Implementation experience
Excellent customer facing skills as well as technical ability
The role itself involves understanding the project needs, FSL data modeling, maintenance, order management, FSL object modelling, scoping, migration and understand the neccessity to revert to the FSL Mobile App. You will look at maintenance plans, estimate the ability to revert to core FSL model and provide enhancement backlogs. You will also lead an offshore team also whilst working in a leading edge environment!
