This leading organisation is a real leader in it’s field! They now have a contract opportunity, to work remotely as a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst with consulting experience, to work remotely in the USA or in Chicago. This will be a minimum 6 months in length with possible extensions.
Applicants require the following background :
Degree
5 years+ as a Salesforce Business analyst – ESSENTIAL
Strong communication skills
4 years+ consulting
Sales, service, experience cloud
Lead experience
Financial service cloud, experience cloud
Salesforce certified – sales, service

The role involves working with the customer, gathering requirements, solutions, leading onshore and offshore teams, prototypes, testing, training, support, planning and documentation.
