Applicants require the following background :
Degree
US Citizen or Green Card holder
6 years+ as a Salesforce Business analyst
12 years+ IT experience
Strong communication skills
Lead or Senior experience
Life sciences
Salesforce Certified
Solution design skills
Great communication skills
The role involves working with the Senior Management team, working with onshore/offshore model, implementing new Salesforce enhancements, understanding requirements, user stories, working with business users, solution design, managing roadmaps, defining business requirements and process mapping. This is a role where communication and technical understanding of Salesforce are key, as is the ability to build relationships.
Rate – $65-85 per hour
