Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has immediate requirements for a remote working contract Lead ServiceNow APM / TPM Technical Consultant – this will an initial 3 month contract of part time hours (around 20 hours per week) based in the USA or Canada.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
APM – ESSENTIAL
TPM – ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
ServiceNow certified – CSA, CAD and CIS certifications 2 or more (APM and relevant certifications needed)
You will use your knowledge to lead workshops, documentation, configuration, support, data set up for APM, metrics, data capture fields, UA Action, Workflows, Dashboards, TPM set up, risk calculations and configuration.
