This leading organisation in the Financial Services sector has an immediate requirement for a permanent SAAS / Fintech Vice President of Customer Retention based out of New York.
Applicants must have :
SAAS – 5 years+
Previous experience in leading customer success and account management teams
Skilled in subscription revenue business models
This is a strategic leadership role that requires the individual to focus on customer retention, upsells, strategic direction of the function, customer involvement, leadership of the customer success and account management strategy, sales cycle management, implementation, onboarding, renewals, support and driving revenue forwards. If you are skilled in helping to manage and lead global accounts that would be useful as is strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Salary – $150-200k + Bonus + Benefits (Negotiable depending on experience)
