A leading client of ours is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with Service Cloud and OMNI Channel in the USA. You will work remotely on a contract basis for 6 months plus possible extensions.
Applicants require :
8+ years Salesforce
Service Cloud
OMNI Channel
Salesforce certified
Queue based and skills based routing
Apex, visualforce
Degree
Strong communication and client management skills
The role is to lead the team, design solutions, provide OMNI Channel implementation, service cloud, routing, configure business process automation leveraging flows, leading design strategy, architectural design and Lightning.
Rate – $80-90 per hour
