Applicants require :
7 years+ Salesforce experience
3 years+ telephony/CCaaS/CTI
SCV (Partner Telephony/BYOT)
Natterbox
Sales engagement – Cadence builder, branching/exit, sales work queues, template governance
Integration
Einstein conversation insights/transcription, knowledge, digital engagement
Salesforce certified – Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Admin/Advanced admin, Platform App builder
The role involves strategy, delivery, architecture, governance, adoption, discovery, configuration, data model, compliance, integration, reporting, insights, enablement and vendor management.
Rate – $80-90 per hour
