Our client is a leading success story in the Salesforce ecosystem. They are now looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to work remotely then be based onsite in Phoenix after COVID has cleared. This is a contract role that will be for 6 months initially but it is expected to extend.
Applicants require :
8 years+ IT experience
5 years+ Salesforce
5 years+ Business analysis experience
Exceptional communication skills and customer skills
Requirements gathering and solutioning
Degree
Salesforce certified
You will lead requirements gathering, perform gap analysis, create functional specifications, create user stories, drive workshops, configuration, testing, create workflow diagrams, work with different departments to help deliver the solution to the customer and provide effective documentation. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 8 YEARS+ IT EXPERIENCE AND 5 YEARS+ SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE.
