This unique and global organisation has an immediate requirement for a Salesforce Business Analyst with on a permanent remote basis in the USA. This is an opportunity to work with a highly successful established team that is continuing to grow.
Applicants require :
8 years+ Salesforce
Service cloud – 5 years+
Agile, Scrum
Salesforce certified
Degree
US Citizen or Green Card holder or EAD
The role itself will be to gather requirements, documentation, CRM management, Lead management, opportunity management, functional flow, work with design, salesforce administration, configuration, customization and support.
Salary – $130-140k + Bonus + 401k plan
