An exciting opportunity exists for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can do a hybrid contract 6 months+ opportunity – you will be based in Houston onsite 4 days per week. There is a possible extension here also!

Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Omni-Channel, SLA’s, Reports, Dashboards, Security, Approvals, Flows, ideally experience cloud.
Salesforce certified
Consulting / strong communication skills – ESSENTIAL
The role involves a multitude of things including user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, workshops and documentation.
Rate – $70-85 per hour
