This leading client in the USA has an immediate need for a contract Salesforce Business Analyst. This is a 6 months+ contract that may well extend and requires someone to work remotely initially whilst COVID clears before working onsite in Pleasanton, California.
Applicants are required to have the following skills :
Salesforce – 7 years+
Sales Cloud, Service cloud
Apttus CPQ – PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE.
Degree
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
7 years+ Business analysis or requirements gathering knowledge
Salesforce certified
The role itself involves understanding business needs, utilise full sales cycle, system set up and configuration, release management, salesforce security, reporting, design, testing, change management, data migration, roadmaps, lead, account, contact and opportunity management, contract management and documentation.
