An exciting opportunity exists for a Salesforce Business Analyst with Clarizen and Gainsight to do a contract 6 months+ opportunity – you will be ideally based in the Bay area and that is preferable although remote is also fine. There is a possible extension here also!

Service delivery lifecycles, resource management, customer health scoring, and renewal processes.
Clarizen (or PSA tool like OpenAir/FinancialForce) and Gainsight (or ChurnZero/Catalyst)
Salesforce architecture
Data models
Gap analysis, process modeling, and requirements definition specifically within a post-M&A integration.
Data Migration & Quality Management:
UAT Leadership & Stakeholder Communication
Salesforce certified
Consulting / strong communication skills – ESSENTIAL
The role involves a multitude of things including salesforce admin, DevOps, requirements gathering, business process mapping, user stories, data migration, data model and all of the above.
Rate – Up to $90 per hour
