This leading organisation is a real leader in it’s field! They now have a contract opportunity, to work remotely initially for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with Healthcare or Health Cloud experience but then work remotely or onsite in NJ/PA/TX once COVID clears. This will be a minimum 6 months in length with possible extensions..permanent candidates are also asked to apply but only if you are a USC or GC Holder.
Applicants require the following background :
Degree
US Citizen or Green Card holder
5 years+ as a Salesforce Business analyst – ESSENTIAL
Strong communication skills
Health cloud or healthcare with service cloud experience – THIS IS ESSENTIAL
Salesforce Certified – ESSENTIAL
Great communication skills
The role involves working with the customer, gather requirements, documentations, gap analysis, process flows, record sign off, user stories, change control, UAT and user training, working with onshore/offshore model, solution design, managing roadmaps and process mapping.
Rate – $55-70 per hour
