A leading client of ours is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with Service Cloud and OMNI Channel in the USA. You will work remotely on a permanent or contract basis in the USA.
Applicants require :
8+ years Salesforce
Service Cloud – ESSENTIAL
Omnichannel – ESSENTIAL
Salesforce certified – Sales, service
Voice and Telephony – ESSENTIAL
Strong communication and client management skills
Lightning, Community, Apex, Visualforce, CSS, HTML desirable but not essential
Service Cloud Voice, Live Chat
The role is to lead the team, design solutions, provide an Omnichannel implementation, service cloud, routing, configure business process automation leveraging flows, leading design strategy, architectural design and Lightning.
Salary – Negotiable or up to $60 per hour (Negotiable)
