5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Salesforce configuration and development experience
Experience writing Epics and user stories
Enterprise Integration Tools
Experience working on other CRM software
Degree
Your role as the Business Analyst is to work closely with stakeholders, understanding the key issues, managing roadmaps, detailed analysis, lead management, solution design, testing, account creation, UAT and testing.
You will have the chance to develop in Salesforce and a technological environment!
