Our client is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Architect with Workforce Management to work either remotely in the USA or ideally hybrid in St Louis, Missouri, USA – this will be a 6 months+ initial contract that is expected to extend!
Skills required :
Salesforce – 5 years+
2 years+ FSL experience and 2 or more FSL implementations
Field Service Lightning certified ideally / Service Cloud certification
Workforce Management – ESSENTIAL
Technician scheduling, routing, dispatch, capacity, quota, appointment management, technician management
Telecom/Cable experience ideal
Enterprise integration / API’s
The role involves designing FSL solutions, requirements gathering, technician scheduling, routing, dispatch, capacity, quota, appointment management, technician management, architecture guidance, governance, leadership and be the go to expert on FSL.
Immediate start available plus long term contract!
Rate – $80-95 per hour
