This unique and global organisation has an immediate requirement for a Salesforce Functional Lead on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work remotely initially before some onsite work in Boston MA, with a highly successful established team that is continuing to grow.
Applicants require :
10 years+ Business Analyst experience – ESSENTIAL
7 years+ Salesforce – ESSENTIAL
Consulting experience – ESSENTIAL
Sales, service, communities and salesforce mobile application
Salesforce certified
Degree
Agile/Scrum
US Citizen or Green card holder
The role itself will be a Salesforce Functional Lead role performing a requirements gathering with the customer, leading discovery workshops, creating user stories, functional flow awareness, documentation, testing, configuration and solution design.
