Our client is a leading organisation in the ecosystem! They now have an urgent need for a Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst to work on a hybrid basis for 6 months initially in Palo Alto, California, USA – this will be max 3 days per week in a hybrid capacity.

Applicants require :
5 years+ Salesforce – ESSENTIAL
10+ years project management experience
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc
Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant credentials preferred).
JIRA, Asana, or MS Project
Salesforce integration tools ( Netsuite).
Copado.
The role involves leading end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, working with stakeholders, project planning including resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking, Agile ceremonies, change requests, compliance, governance, security, user adoption, support and system reporting.
