Our client is a true leader in it’s field! They now have a requirement, due to growth, for a Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester in San Jose, California. This is an initial 9 month contract that is likely to extend and is a 100% onsite position.
Applicants require :
2 years+ Salesforce
Service Cloud
Degree
Software QA experience (black box and/or automated testing) in a software company with short release cycles, web app testing, regression testing, test plan generation, ability to document test plans, test cases etc
Agile/scrum
The role requires the use of web and CRM applications to test back office applications in Salesforce Service Cloud. You will create test plans, perform functionality, integration, regression testing on business applications, troubleshooting to JIRA etc etc.
Rate – Negotiable depending on experience
