Our client is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect who specialises in Service Cloud. This is a permanent role based in or around the Santa Clara area.
Applicants require :
7 years+ requirements gathering, stakeholder management, creating roadmaps etc.
Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
Tech and Manufacturing experience ideal
Lead scoring, Lead Assignment, Forecasting, Territory Management, Account Management, Pipeline management, Channel Management etc
Pre sales and solution design
Data modelling
Service cloud certification
The role involves high level solution design, fit gap analysis, implementation, review test cases and recommend new features.
Salary – $170-180k + Bonus + Benefits
