Platform 6 are working on an urgent requirement for a Salesforce Support Manager for a remote working 6 month initial contract with strong possibility for extension for the right person. The candidate MUST be prepared to work PST hours.

Applicants require :
8 years+ IT/Operations experience
5 years+ Salesforce – ESSENTIAL
Salesforce technical support experience – ESSENTIAL
Any Learning Management System experience desirable
You should be able to demonstrate how Salesforce solves business problems understanding the customers current and future business needs, salesforce technical support, impact analysis, global delivery, data insight, automation, application support, SLA’s, incident management, troubleshooting, report management and reporting. Rate – $60-70 per hour
