Our client is a leading organisation within the ecosystem and has immediate requirements for a permanent Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead to work remotely in the USA with travel up to 75% post COVID.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
US Citizen or Green Card holder
5 years+ Salesforce development skills
Service cloud
Application design and development
Lightning – classic and lightning
Integration
Degree
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Salesforce certified
Devops
Test automation experience desirable
Any life sciences or retail experience desirable
You will use your delivery experience to gather requirements, design, architect, define strategy, test, configure, implement, data migration, data quality, system integration, custom development, release management and change management. You will lead a team in both onshore and offshore.
Salary – $140-170k + Bonus + 401k plan + Benefits
