This leading organisation has an urgent requirement for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to be based out of Boston! If you are not based in Boston you would have to be prepared to travel to Boston and Washington DC up to 50% of the time. This is a requirement that could be either permanent or contract to hire and requires Green Card holders or US Citizens only.
Applicants require the following skills to apply :
7 years as a Business Systems Analyst
7 years creating user stories, use cases, data models etc
3+ years in Salesforce
Sales cloud, service cloud, community cloud, app customisation
Ideally Salesforce certified
Degree
Excellent communication skills
The role will involve working with a dedicated client base, understanding functional and technical requirements, working with the Project Management team, CRM implementation, analysis and documentation, process improvement, testing and QA, system deployment, data migration and planning.
Salesforce training available!!
Salary – $110-150000 USD on permanent, 60-85 USD per hour on contract (both flexible dependant on experience)
