Applicants require the following background :
Degree
US Citizen or Green Card holder
5 years+ as a Salesforce Business analyst – ESSENTIAL
Strong communication skills
Salesforce Certified – ESSENTIAL
Great communication skills
Sales and service cloud – ESSENTIAL
Agile/SCRUM
The role involves working with the customer, gather requirements, documentations, gap analysis, process flows, user stories, change control, solution design, managing roadmaps and process mapping. You will also liase with stakeholders, design patterns and work in development lifecycle methodologies.
Rate – $65-75 per hour
