This leading organisation has immediate and urgent needs for a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Business Analyst with Chatbots and Field Service Lightning. This is a 6 months+ contract that is expected to extend whereby you will also work remotely during COVID. USC or GC Holders ONLY.
Applicants require the following experience :
5-8 years+ Business analysis experience for a mid-large organisation and/or consulting experience
USC OR GC HOLDERS ONLY – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS BACKGROUND.
5 years+ Salesforce configuration and/or custom development
Sales cloud or service cloud
Chatbots – ESSENTIAL
Field Service Lightning – ESSENTIAL
Salesforce implementation knowledge
The role involves understanding the customer’s state processes, supporting implementation, requirements gathering, lead design, business cases, development strategy, lead discovery sessions, analysis, business process modelling and design development.
