An exciting opportunity exists for a ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Business / Functional Analyst be based on a permanent hybrid basis with a customer in the UK. This will be a 3 days a week hybrid role with the other 2 days remote.
Full time hours available (40 hours per week)
Applicants require :
Consulting
ServiceNow – 6 years+
ServiceNow data governance
ServiceNow Business analysis, admin
CMDB + CSDM – ESSENTIAL
ITIL / ITSM
PL/SQL
Any financial services experience desirable but not essential
ServiceeNow certified
The role involves data model, configuration, ITIL rpocesses, incident, service request, change management, data quality, data governance and ServiceNow admin.
Salary – £80-90k + Bonus + Benefits
