Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working ServiceNow CSM Technical Architect for a permanent hybrid role in the UK.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ ESSENTIAL
CSM – ESSENTIAL
Case Management, Knowledge Management, Onboarding, customer entitlements
Integration, REST, SOAP, MID Server, workflows
Integration with CRM systems – Salesforce, Dynamics, ERP etc
ITSM
ServiceNow certified – CSA, CIS – CSM
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve working with the customer, design, development, implementation, integrations, data flow, migrations, upgrades, governance, security, gap analysis and agile methodologies.
