Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow HRSD Developer. This is an initial 6 months contract to be based in a Hybrid role working from Berlin or Amsterdam or Warsaw or Stockholm.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 3-8 years – ESSENTIAL
HRSD – ESSENTIAL
HR case management, HR knowledge management, employee service center (portal), enterprise onboarding and transitions, employee document management, performance HR analytics
ServiceNow HR system development
ITSM
8 years+ IT experience
Integration – HRSM/HRIS – Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Active Directory, Web Services, JDBC, SFTP
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HRSD
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
ITIL
Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS
SDLC
The role will involve working with the customer, HR system development, configuration, implementation, ITIL, application design and development, integration, testing, documentation, deployment, and migration.
