Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow ITOM Architect. This will be an initial 6 month contract and will be a remote working anywhere from Europe. Germany would be of particular interest. The contract may also well extend.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ – ESSENTIAL
CMDB
CSA/ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management certifications – ESSENTIAL
ITOM – ESSENTIAL
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
Event Management / Service Mapping / Discovery
The role will involve development, discovery, integration, event management, service mapping, design, configuration and troubleshooting.
