Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow ITOM Business Process Consultant – this will be a 12 months+ contract and will be 30 hours per week in the USA or Canada! Note – THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
CIS – ITOM – Discovery or Mapping or Event Management – ESSENTIAL
ITOM – ESSENTIAL
CSA – ESSENTIAL
BPC
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Ability to work independently
You will use your knowledge to get involved in the configuration, support, process and implementation of ITOM solutions along with running workshops, documentation, user stories and migration.
