Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a contract or C2H ServiceNow ITOM Consultant. This will be an initial 6 month contract and will be a hybrid working role in Atlanta so local candidates need apply.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ – ESSENTIAL
CMDB, Discovery, Event Management
Developer experience
ITOM – ESSENTIAL
Value Stream Mapping (VSM) – ESSENTIAL
Integration, REST, SOAP, API
Javascript, Glidescript or scripting languages
ServiceNow certified – Developer certification is mandatory
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve development, integration, design, configuration and troubleshooting.
