Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a hybrid contract ServiceNow ITOM / CSDM / CMDB Technical Consultant working 2-3 days out of Milpitas, California, USA. This will be an initial 6 month contract that may well extend in the USA…
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ – ESSENTIAL
CMDB, ITOM, CSDM
Discovery, Service Mapping
CMDB Data Governance and Quality
CMDB Health
Infrastructure & Cloud – Servers (Windows, Linux), Networking, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Security
Service Mapping and Application Architecture
ServiceNow certified CSA, CAD, CIS-ITOM
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve architecture, discovery, service mapping, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, relationship modeling, CMDB Health, governance, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Servers, Security and application architecture.
Rate – $60-65 per hour
