Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has immediate requirements for a contract ServiceNow Architect with a specialism in ITOM. This will be an initial 3-6 month contract that may well extend, is based in the USA and will be remote working.

Job Details:

Applicants need to possess the following skills :

ServiceNow – 3 years+ – ESSENTIAL


Architecture or development skills

ServiceNow certified – ESSENTIAL

Architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, implementation in ServiceNow – ESSENTIAL


Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills

The role will involve working with the customer, mapping, discovery, architecture, implementation, event management capabilities, rules, CMDB binding, assessment, validation, user acceptance testing, documentation, SOP’s and risk management.
