Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM Business Process Consultant – this will be a 3 months+ contract and will be 10 hours per week. Note – THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
CIS – ITAM, ITOM – ESSENTIAL
ITAM (HAM/SAM), ITOM, CMDB – ESSENTIAL
CSA – ESSENTIAL
BPC
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Ability to work independently
You will use your knowledge to get involved in the configuration, support, process and implementation of ITAM, ITOM and CMDB solutions along with running workshops, documentation, user stories, demo’s and support.
