Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow ITOM Senior Consultant. This will be an initial 6 month contract and will be a hybrid working role in Milpitas or Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 8 years+ – ESSENTIAL
CMDB, ITOM, ITAM
Data architecture, CI modeling, service mapping
Discovery, Mid server design, integration, automation
Scripting, Javascript
ServiceNow certified CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA preferred
AIOps and AI
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve architecture, roadmaps, delivery, CMDB, CSM, SIR, ITSM, ITAM, integrations, custom development, discovery, service mapping, event management, AIOps, ITAM, integration, security, predictive intelligence, virtual agent, AI Search, Now Assist, configuration and code reviews.
Rate – $70-80 per hour
