Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow Architect with ITSM / CSM / CMDB in Dusseldorf, Germany. This is a hybrid working contract and will be 6 months initially plus possible extension.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 10 years+ ESSENTIAL
ITSM
CSM
CMDB
Architecture
Agile, Scrum, DevOps
CSA, CAD, CIS-OMT, CTA
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve design, implementation, Agentic AI, roadmaps, integrations, data models, supporting presales and workflows.
