ServiceNow – 5 years+ ESSENTIAL

ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, BCM, S2P, TPRM, Supplier Portal – ESSENTIAL

Integration, REST API, Workflow Data Fabric, Knowledge Graph

ITIL

ServiceNow certified – CSA, 2 X CIS – ITSM, ITOM preferred. ITIL V3 and V4

SecOps, GRC, IRM, ITBM

Degree

Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills

The role will involve working with the customer, design, CMDB and data quality, discovery, reporting, governance, support, testing, ITIL, custom application design and development, deployment, migrations, risk management, security and workflows.
