An exciting opportunity exists for a ServiceNow Engagement Manager with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM to be based on a permanent basis in the UK. You will work in a hybrid capacity at client or customer location.
Applicants require :
Consulting
8 years+ Project management experience
5 years+ ServiceNow Project management – ESSENTIAL
Workflows, Solution Design, Integrations
CSA, CAD, CIS
PMP/Prince 2 certifications
The role involves managing multiple projects, resource management, working with the customer, change management, invoicing queries, reporting, risk management, support and forecasting.
Salary – up to £100k + Bonus + Benefits
