An exciting opportunity exists for a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to be based on a contract basis for 12 months+ in a remote working contract role in the USA with some travel to Nashville for first week of November and 2 weeks in January 2027. This will be a 30+ hours per week contract for a USC or GC Holder.
Applicants require :
Consulting
10 years+ Project management experience
5 years+ ServiceNow Project management – ESSENTIAL
ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CRM (CSM/ESC)
HCLS desirable but not essential
ServiceNow certification – CSA, CIS x 2 + Scrum Master certified, PMP
Ability to manage projects independently
The role involves managing multiple projects, delivery and timeline management,risk management, financial management, delivery operations, support, documentation, budget management, resource management, stakeholder management, project planning and team leadership in ServiceNow.
