Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow Lead ITSM Business Process Consultant with Now Assist in the USA or Canada – this will be a 9 months+ contract and will be approx 30 hours per week and may extend – Note – THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
CSA – ESSENTIAL
CIS X 2 – inc ITSM, Now Assist
BPC – ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Ability to work independently
You will use your knowledge to lead workshops, create Now Assist and AI/Agentic automation use cases, requirements gathering, discovery, documentation, process flows, AWA, Service Operations Wprkspace, MoveWorks and ITAM use cases. Also process mapping, Incident, request, change and knowledge management, AI and stakeholder management.
