Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has immediate requirements for a remote working contract ServiceNow Lead ITOM Technical Consultant with Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics – this will an initial 2 month contract of around 30 hours per week being based remotely in EMEA.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
ITOM – ESSENTIAL
AIOps – ESSENTIAL
Metric Intelligence, Health Log Analytics – ESSENTIAL
Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, HLA
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
ServiceNow certified – CSA, CAD and CIS certifications 2 or more
You will use your knowledge to get involved in AIOps, Event management, Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics installation, configuration and troubleshooting and flow designer for automation remediation use cases. Also event correlation, impact analyisis, CMDB, service mapping, CPU, memory utilization, disk utilisation, support, validation, root cause analysis, network impact visability and testing.
