Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working permanent or contract ServiceNow Lead with OMT, Inventory, Order Management and Telecomms skills – this will be based out of Reading, UK.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
Telecom
Service Fulfillment
Order Management and Telecommunications
ServiceNow CIS certified – CSM or Telecom
TSM, TSOM
Inventory, fullfillment – GPON, XGS-PON, Fiber / Co-Ax networks
ODA / TMF API’s
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
You will use your knowledge to lead ServiceNow implementations, Service Fulfillment, design, requirement gathering, Order Management, Telecom inventory and enterprise architecture.
